Body Sculpt

A hybrid of careful, controlled yoga and pilates movements to build core strength and improve flexibility while releasing all the pain and aches away.

Athletic Conditioning

Dynamic high intensity moves that challenges you to push beyond your limit and leaves you feeling satisfyingly sore from head to toe.

  • How long is the class duration?
    Our classes are 50 minutes long
  • Do I need any equipment for the class?
    Our workout routines are curated specifically for home - with no equipment needed. All you need is yourself ready and pumped!
  • Live Class Etiquette
    One hour before the scheduled class, you will receive the Google Hangout class link. The class will open 5 minutes before the start time so do join a few minutes before and say hi! During the class, please keep yourself on mute to avoid any background noise that might disrupt the session. As for turning on the webcam, it is up to you if you want to keep it close for privacy. However, we would greatly appreciate if you do turn it on as we are able to ensure you have the correct postures.
  • Cancellation Policy
    You must cancel at least 3 hours before the class, to not lose your credit. You can cancel your class through your account with us.
